Cream Puff Recipe
Cream Puff Ingredients
- 1cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 4 eggs
Directions for Cream Puffs
Heat water and add oil and salt. Add flour all at once and beat rapidly. Remove from heat and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Beat hard after each egg, until mixture is shiny and smooth. Drop by tablespoon on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and fill Cream Puffs with whipped cream.
Makes about 12 Cream Puffs.
