Zucchini Bread Recipe
Zucchini Bread Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions for Zucchini Bread
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put mixture into two bread pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
Makes 2 loaves of Zucchini Bread.
