<p><strong>Directions for Raspberry Bars</strong></p>
<p>Mix flour, sugar and oats.  Work in margarine until mixture is crumbly.  Press 1/2 evenly into the  bottom of a greased 7 X 11 X 2 inch pan.  Spread with raspberry jam.  Press remaining mixture over jam, covering it completely.  Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until golden.  Cool and cut into squares.  Makes about 2 dozen.</p>

<p><strong>Directions for Coconut Apricot Bars</strong></p>
<p>Grease and flour jelly roll pan (15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1 inch).  Beat eggs, sugar, butter, water and half of cake mix, coconuts and apricots.  Spread in pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.  Allow to cool, then spread with Cream Cheese frosting and cut into bars, 3 X 1 1/2 inches.  Makes 30 Coconut Apricot Bars.</p>
<p><strong>Cream Cheese Frosting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 3-oz. package cream cheese, softened</li>
<li>1 Tbsp. milk</li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla</li>
<li>1/4 tsp. salt</li>
<li>2 1/2 cups confectioners&#8217; sugar</li>
<li>red and yellow food coloring</li>
</ul>
<p>Blend cheese, milk, vanilla and salt.  Gradually add sugar, beating until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.  If necessary, add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time.  Tint orange with a few drops of each food coloting.</p>

<p>Mix flour, butter, sugar and pecans and press into greased and floured 8 X 12 inch baking dish.  Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Beat 2 eggs with fork with 2 tablespoons lime juice, lime rind, sugar, flour and baking powder.  Pour this over baked mixture and bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.  When cool, sprinkle with confectioners&#8217; sugar and cut into squares.  Make 40 lime squares.</p>

<li>3 eggs, beaten</li>

<li>2 Tbsp.  water</li>
<li>1 tsp. vanilla</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions for Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars</strong></p>
<p>In a mixing bowl, stir together flour sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.  Cut in 1/2 cup butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Stir in pecans.  Press into bottom of ungreased 9 X 13 inch pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.<br />
In a small saucepan, combine the 1/4 cup butter or margarine and the chocolate; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted.  In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, water, and vanilla.  Stir until well blended and combine chocolate with chocolate mixture.  Pour over crust and return to oven and bake 20 minutes or until set.  Cool completely on wire rack.  Cut into bars.  Makes 3 dozen.</p>
