Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup nuts

Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.  Add dry ingredients.  Stir in raisins, coconut, oatmeal and nuts.  Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
