Pie Crust Recipe
Pie Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups shortening
- 5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 beaten egg plus enough ice water to make a cup
Directions for Pie Crust
Blend all ingredients but egg and water with a mixer, then add the egg and water.
Makes 5-7 Pie Crusts.
